LEGO Education is a global leader in the education sector offering playful learning experiences designed to help every student succeed. We are thrilled to announce a new position: Senior Manager Development Manager Partnerships joining our EU Commercial Team!

Please note:

  • No relocationassistanceis offered for this position.

  • The role is based on our Munich HUBlocatedat Techno-park II. Our hybrid working model is 3 days office/2 days home weekly.

  • The internal title will be Senior Key Account Manager Specialist and the internal level is Senior Manager and is an Individual Contributor role.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Own the development and implementation of the private partnership strategy for LEGO Education in Europe. Focus on the K12 market and build a scalable model to unlock new funding streams.

  • Identify prioritize and secure strategic partnerships involving corporations foundations CSR organizations and other private-sector partners.

  • Develop partnership structures and value propositions that align corporateobjectiveswith the goals of LEGO Educations educational programs resulting in co-funded STEM and learning initiatives.

  • Build and cultivate positive relationships across internal teams and external partners to ensure effective teamwork and delivery.

  • Develop and document case studies andevidenceof successful partnerships andinitiatives todemonstrateimpact and inform future strategies.

  • Monitormarket developments in corporate giving philanthropy CSR and social-impacttrendsidentifyingopportunities for growth.

  • Track performance metrics and partnership outcomes ensuring visibilityaccountability and continuous improvement.

Your leadership and creativity will transform early pilots into a robust Europe-wide private-funding engine accelerating impact and supporting sustainable growth.Acting as a bridge between LEGO Education and key partnersyoulltranslate ambitionsinto meaningful programs driving strategic business development. This position offersautonomy and the chance to explore new opportunities leaving a tangible mark on howLEGO Education connects beyond traditional channels enhancing our impact and reachacross Europe.

Do you what it takes

  • Proven experience in a B2B partnership business development or strategic commercial environment ideally with a focus on building and scaling multi-stakeholder partnership.

  • Ability and willingness totravel internationallywhen(approx. 1020%).

  • Partnership Skills: Proventrack recordtoidentify engage and secure strategic partnerships with corporates foundations NGOs or large institutional stakeholders.

  • Leadership & Influence: Success in navigating complex stakeholder ecosystems with strong skills in influencing negotiating and building trust at senior levels.

  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic and analytical abilities including market sizing opportunity assessment financial modeling and revenue growth planning.

  • Project Management: Ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced matrixed environment ensuring clarity alignment and measurable outcomes.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent collaboration skills across cross-functional teams (sales marketing academy legal operations).

  • Commercial Acumen: High degree of commercial awareness resilience self-direction and ownership mentality.

  • Interest:Preferred interest in education edtech STEM technology or social impactfullearninginitiatives.

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English both verbally and in writing (Level C1C2).German (Professional Fluency/C1-C2 level preferred).

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office including Excel Word and PowerPoint.
