Requirements
- Completed studies in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of experience in business analyst role, with focus on the aviation industry and requirements management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in service requirements and system requirements management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven experience with project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g. JIRA, Trello)
- Familiarity with requirements management tools (e.g. IBM DOORS, JIRA) and databases (e.g. SQL, NoSQL)
Tasks & Responsibilities
Gather and analyze data to identify and document service / system requirements for aviation projectsWork closely with stakeholders to understand and define business requirements and processes, ensuring that they align with project goals and objectivesManage the requirements traceability matrix to ensure that all requirements are traceable, testable and verifiableDevelop and implement data-driven solutions to support decision-making, improve business performance and achieve strategic goalsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans and prioritize tasks, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budgetContinuously monitor and evaluate industry trends and emerging technologies, and recommend new tools and methodologies to improve requirements management processesCore Benefits
