Requirements

  • Completed studies in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in business analyst role, with focus on the aviation industry and requirements management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in service requirements and system requirements management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proven experience with project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g. JIRA, Trello)
  • Familiarity with requirements management tools (e.g. IBM DOORS, JIRA) and databases (e.g. SQL, NoSQL)

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze data to identify and document service / system requirements for aviation projects
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand and define business requirements and processes, ensuring that they align with project goals and objectives
  • Manage the requirements traceability matrix to ensure that all requirements are traceable, testable and verifiable
  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to support decision-making, improve business performance and achieve strategic goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans and prioritize tasks, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate industry trends and emerging technologies, and recommend new tools and methodologies to improve requirements management processes
