What you'll do
- As a communicative interface you're the contact person for the departments and applicants
- You can give free rein to your creativity when creating job advertisements and post them on online channels
- You'll be actively involved in interview coordination in applicant management for a wide range of employment types
- You take responsibility for the coordination and organisation of the recruiting mailbox
- You can also take on your own projects - you'll independently take care of the recruiting process for interns and working students
- Accompany us to recruiting events - here you can score points with your communicative style
