Financial Planning and Analysis TeamLead

An excellent opportunity for a skilledfinance professional to play a key role in shaping financialplanning, analysis, and accounting functions in a growing companyin the energy sector.

CoreResponsibilities :

  • Collaborateclosely with senior leadership, especially during key investmentphases.
  • Develop and manage revenue forecasts,track and analyse company performance, comparing results againsttargets.
  • Act as a strategic finance advisor toleadership, providing financial modelling to guide project andorganisational decisions.
  • Support a JuniorFP&A Manager and the in-house Accounting and PayrollManager.
  • Liaise with external accountants andtax advisors, including overseeing annual financial statementpreparation, and prepare for board and shareholdermeetings.

CandidateRequirements :

  • 3-5 years ofexperience with a leading consultingfirm.
  • Degree in finance, accounting, or arelated discipline.
  • Strong grasp of P&L,balance sheet, and cash flowmanagement.
  • Confident in discussing finance andFP&A and accounting topics with teammembers.
  • Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets,with knowledge of Tableau beingbeneficial.
  • Fluency in German andEnglish.
