We are looking for a person like you, a coordinator of groups and events in our hotel, responsible and dynamic people, with a high level of German (minimum B2) and English (C1).

What will you be responsible for?

Your main role will be to support the operation of the department and be the contact person for groups and events held at the hotel, maintaining continuous contact with the client and ensuring that everything is planned as planned. He will also be the interlocutor with the rest of the departments, ensuring perfect coordination and communication between them. In addition, you will be obliged to support the rest of the functions provided by the commercial department (contribution, billing, inspection visits, etc.).
