Office Manager / Head of Good Times

As our new Office Manager / Head of Good Times, you'll be the heart of our office operations and the soul of our team culture. From organizing events to making sure everyone’s had lunch and a laugh, you're the go-to person who keeps the energy high and the team smiling.

Tasks

• Help the C-Level team with priority tasks like scheduling, travel planning, and personal assistance
• Cook or organize meals/snacks to keep everyone well-fed and happy
• Plan and execute office events, team outings, and internal celebrations
• Manage office supplies and keep the workspace welcoming and fun
• Be the daily mood booster - check in with people, notice if someone needs a break, keep the team spirit alive
• Support new team members with onboarding, setup, and a warm welcome
• Support internal communication by helping with announcements, organizing feedback rounds, or improving internal processes

Requirements

• Most important: You're a happy, easy-going, open person who brings good energy wherever you go – someone who naturally lifts the mood and loves taking care of others
• You genuinely enjoy being around people and making sure everyone feels comfortable, seen, and supported
• A hands-on, proactive mindset – you notice what needs to be done and do it before being asked
• Strong organizational skills – you can manage multiple tasks, coordinate schedules, and keep things running smoothly
• Reliable and trustworthy – especially when supporting the C-Level with sensitive or important tasks
• Comfortable handling both fun and serious responsibilities, from planning a team dinner to organizing a CEO's travel
• Fluent in English
• Any past experience in office management, hospitality, personal assistance, or similar people-first roles is a bonus – but attitude matters most
