As our new Office Manager / Head of Good Times , you'll be the heart of our office operations and the soul of our team culture. From organizing events to making sure everyone’s had lunch and a laugh, you're the go-to person who keeps the energy high and the team smiling.

Tasks

• Help the C-Level team with priority tasks like scheduling, travel planning, and personal assistance
• Cook or organize meals / snacks to keep everyone well-fed and happy
• Plan and execute office events, team outings, and internal celebrations
• Manage office supplies and keep the workspace welcoming and fun
• Be the daily mood booster - check in with people, notice if someone needs a break, keep the team spirit alive
• Support new team members with onboarding, setup, and a warm welcome
• Support internal communication by helping with announcements, organizing feedback rounds, or improving internal processes
