As part of our Professional Services Consulting team DACH we are looking for an experienced Payroll Lead capable of leading SAP PY / SFSF ECP implementation projects and / or can support our customers regarding incidents and change requests for the Payroll module and processes.
Cross team collaboration in English with our Service Center teams (e. g. in Granada, Spain) is an important part of the role.
THE ROLE
Within the business area Professional Services DACH the Payroll, ADM DACH Lead Specialist is responsible for analysing and documenting Payroll, ADM and Time & Attendance related processes and requirements of our clients and consult to optimize business processes and technical system set-up.
Part of this role is also covering implementation related SAP HCM Payroll & T&A roles within one or more country implementation projects eventually part of a large program.
Most projects include implementation of SFSF Employee Central Payroll, SAP HCM Time Management and / or integrations from / to those systems.
The role also streamlines and ensures high quality and according to SLAs AMS / Support processes with the global teams and supports the Sales function with requirements analysis, scoping / due diligence, estimating and SoW creation and review for all projects to ensure the full scope of an implementation is known and documented.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assigned to one or multiple customers
- Leading workshops with customer for payroll topics
- Support Sales / Pre-Sales within Due Diligence Workshops for payroll with our prospects
- Analyzing client requirements for the PY module
- Implementing customer requirements in SAP HCM PY or EC Payroll module(with support of technical consulting team in our service centers)
- Creating functional documentation / workbooks
- Lead Data Migration with the team especially for wage accounts (Lohnkonten)
- Lead Testing Cycle (Unit, System Integration Testing, UAT)
- Align proactively cross workstreams
- Encouraging the professional development and coaching of team members
REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Experience
ESSENTIAL
- Expert knowledge in SAP HCM PY module
- German and English fluent
- Client focus and a good understanding of client needs
- Positive attitude and collaboration internally and externally
- Leadership and Motivation
PREFERRED (but not Essential)
- Understanding of software development lifecycles gained by working in a structured project environment
- Ability to conduct business in one or more European languages other than English
Work Experience
ESSENTIAL
- Experience working in a virtual team-oriented, collaborative, multinational environment
- Experience preparing reports, presentations and coordinating meeting logistics
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Experience working in busy environments balancing multiple tasks
PREFERRED (but not Essential)
- Knowledge within Payroll Control Center
- Knowledge within SAP PT (Time Management)
