Senior Sales Manager
I am partnered with a leader in Specialty Raw Materials who are looking for an European Sales Manager, to join their expanding sales team.
This manufacturer supply global leaders in Automotive coatings, Graphic Arts and Electronics coatings, specialising in acrylates.
Responsibility would cover BeNeLux and France with a 50% travel commitment to engage with customers. This role offers home office when not with customers, and requires travel to Frankfurt once per month.
Responsibilities
- Personal customer visits across the region to promote and advise on product portfolio.
- Building long-term business partnerships and taking responsibility for the assigned sales area.
- Targeted area expansion and business development to acquire new customers.
- Close collaboration with colleagues from sales, product management, applications, technical service and other departments.
- Identifying customer expectations as well as market developments and competitive behaviour.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in chemistry, engineering or similar STEM subject.
- Minimum 5 years sales experience - ideally in resin or UV curing systems.
- Fluent English and one other European language (Dutch, French or German).
- Located in EU (ideally Germany, Netherlands or France)
