Head of Strategy and Planning CIO Office

The Head of Strategy & Planning CIO Office will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategic initiatives that drive our technology and information systems forward. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking analytical prowess and exceptional project management skills to support the CIO in aligning IT strategies with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Planning :  Collaborate with the CIO to develop and implement IT strategies that align with Delivery Heros business goals. Analyze industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.

Project Leadership :  Lead crossfunctional projects focused on IT initiatives ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives. Coordinate with various departments to drive project success.

Performance Analysis :  Monitor and evaluate the performance of IT systems and initiatives. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into key performance indicators.

Stakeholder Engagement :  Serve as a liaison between the CIO Office and other departments facilitating communication and collaboration on strategic initiatives. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

Resource Allocation :  Assist in budgeting and resource planning for IT projects. Ensure optimal allocation of resources to meet strategic goals.

Process Improvement :  Identify opportunities to enhance IT processes and systems. Lead initiatives to implement best practices and drive operational efficiency.

Qualifications :

Experience :  7 years of experience in strategy planning or management consulting preferably within the technology sector. Experience in a fastpaced international environment is highly desirable.

Education :  Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field. An MBA is a plus.

Analytical Skills :  Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities. Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.

Project Management :  Proven track record of leading complex projects with crossfunctional teams. Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.

Communication :  Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.

Technical Acumen :  Solid understanding of IT systems infrastructure and emerging technologies. Ability to bridge the gap between technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Leadership :  Demonstrated ability to influence and lead without direct authority. Experience in mentoring or managing teams is advantageous.
