We are looking for a Programme Operations Manager for a Middle East Customer (m / f / d) for 40 hours / week.
Tasks & accountabilities
- Integrated project team lead to ensure proper team and activities integration
- Perform day to day programme management activities ensuring proper planning, monitoring / control and risk management of the contractual deliverables lists
- Perform daily as Programme Operations Manager for the support contract activities, coordinating activities between partner companies and main support company in order to ensure smooth and efficient service operations
- Focal point for reporting internally and externally
- Prepare and integrate programme reports and performance monitors as required
- Act as focal point in front of customers for the coordination of the several contractual meetings, integrating the various supporting disciplines and attending / leading these meetings either in Europe or in customer country
- Support the Sales and Commercial Director as required in the acquisition of future export business
