Senior Manager Factory Planning & Capital Projects (mfd)

Role description

Lead the end-to-end delivery of factory construction and capital expenditure projects ensuring alignment with production requirements and operational efficiency. This role combines technical expertise in production planning and layout design with strong project management skills to deliver state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities. The manager will oversee a small project team collaborate with subject matter experts and manage external contractors and suppliers.

Your Mission

• Factory Design & Layout :

Translate production process requirements into efficient factory layouts

Manage the full lifecycle of construction and CapEx projects from concept and site selection to commissioning

Act as the integrator between engineering operations and global teams

Prepare tender documents evaluate bids and select contractors

Develop detailed project schedules using suitable tools

Manage project budgets and provide accurate financial reporting
