Working Student - Corporate IT - Risk Management, Controls & Governance (f/m/d)

Our department consists of approximately 330 colleagues in 26 teams spread across the globe.
The Risk Management, Controls & Governance Unit is a central contact in Corporate IT for Audit, Cloud Governance, Data Protection, Information Security and Risk Management.
As a working student in the unit Risk Management, Controls & Governance you will support the team significantly in delivering excellent service.
You will have the opportunity to support the team, especially in the area of Information Security, Risk Management as well as Data Protection within Corporate IT.
The unit is located in Eschborn.
Your responsibilites :
- You will regularly communicate with application owners and other relevant stakeholders to actively manage identified application risks and enhance security measures
- You will support the creation and regular updating of Business Continuity Management (BCM) documentation to ensure minimal disruption to critical Corporate IT functions during emergency situations or crises
- You will support by ensuring timely updates of Data Protection documents such as RoPA or DPIA by coordinating with stakeholders and providing necessary support
- Furthermore, you will assist in organizing team meetings and managing general documentation on platforms like JIRA or SharePoint to support team coordination and task tracking
Your profile :
- You are enrolled during the entire period of activity at a state-recognized university as a regular student and have completed at least 2 semesters
- Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience in the IT of financial institutions (e.g. working student or internships)
- You are interested in IT and Governance topics in general as well as in communicating with different stake holders
- You are able to work independently with a high degree of reliability but at the same time you are a team player with excellent communication skills at different levels
- In addition, you have very good knowledge specifically in Power Point, SharePoint or JIRA
- Moreover, you are fluent in written and spoken English. German language skills would be an advantage
