Responsibilities :
Develop and implement CRM strategies for engaging with different customer segments.
Identify optimal tools and solutions for CRM marketing, integrate third-party services, and participate in the development of in-house solutions.
Segment and analyze the customer database.
Build and manage the CRM team, including copywriters, email managers, and designers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan joint activities with the product managers of educational programs.
Budget, plan, and monitor the performance metrics of the CRM department, adjusting strategies and tactics as needed for internal communication channels.
Develop and manage webinar funnels.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in CRM marketing.
Proven track record of significantly increasing sales through CRM marketing, segmentation strategies, and reporting.
Strong analytical skills with a product-focused approach to hypothesis testing and selection.
Results-oriented mindset focused on revenue growth.
Experience with traffic and email campaign analytics tools.
English and Russian proficiency at B2 level or higher.
German proficiency at B1 level or higher .
