University'sdegree or Vocational Training (Ausbildung) in HR Administration& Management

Minimum 3years of experience if you are a HR Generalist OR 5 years as HRBPpossibly in a matrixenvironment

Soundedknowledge on German Labor and SocialLaw

Experience in workingwith Work Council

FluentGerman, fluentEnglish
