Job Description :

EmpowerID is seeking a dynamic Senior Identity Governance and Access Management Consultant who excels in both consulting and technical execution.

This unique role is designed for a seasoned professional capable of leading our largest global customer projects, from initial consulting and business analysis to hands-on implementation and architecture of the EmpowerID solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess outstanding business analysis skills, technical prowess, and a consultative mindset, ready to become an EmpowerID product expert and drive successful implementations for our clients.

Responsibilities :

• Lead Identity Governance and Access Management (IGA) projects for our global customers, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of EmpowerID solutions.
• Act as a primary consultant, analyzing and documenting complex business requirements, and translating them into functional and technical specifications.
• Design and architect solutions that leverage EmpowerID's capabilities to meet customer needs, including hands-on implementation and configuration.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business challenges and demonstrating how EmpowerID can address them.
• Conduct detailed business process analysis, workflow, and system architecture documentation.
• Provide expert guidance and support during the testing and quality assurance phases of the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate training and support for end-users, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of the implemented solutions.
• Rapidly acquire in-depth knowledge of the EmpowerID platform, becoming a subject matter expert.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a consulting role, with a strong background in business analysis and project management.
• Proven technical expertise in Cloud Security, Identity Governance, Access Management, and Azure.
• Hands-on experience with IGA products (e.g., SailPoint, One Identity, NetIQ, Omada) is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Low Code platforms and experience with SAP GRC / Access Management will be considered a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Eagerness to learn and become a product expert on EmpowerID.
• Blogging, Vlogging and public speaking experience a strong plus
