- Directs Inside Sales Specialists who interface daily with :
Direct OEMs
Referred OEMsIndustrial Distributors / Channel PartnersEnd UsersEffectively collaborates with Regional Sales Manager Channel Sales Managers and Vertical Sales ManagersEffectively collaborates with Business Units and their respective Customer Care and Commercial Operations departmentsSets short and long-term sales strategies and evaluates effectiveness of current sales deployment to drive market share growthProvides VOC input to Business Unit LeadershipExecutes Business Unit Strategic PlansServes as the escalation point for sales associates and internal customer issuesManage each sellers disciplined selling processes to attain quota : 1) Purposeful account planning 2) Time and territory management and 3) Funnel opportunity management / CRM proficiencyPerform annual review of account segmentation and account assignments. Deploy sales resources to effectively meet / exceed annual team and individual quota targetsPerformance Management & Development of the teamLeverage KPIs provided by the CRM and otherwise as tools in coaching sellersCoaches trains and develops a group of sellers to overdrive quotaFosters a collaborative and self-motivating environment in order to build a high performing teamEmbrace sales methodologies as providedRetains sales talent in the organization and builds bench strength in the organizationInterviews and hires new sales talent as neededManages root-cause countermeasure (RCCM) processTrade Organization participation and leadershipQualifications :
BS Industrial Technologies / Mech. Eng. / Industrial Distribution or related field preferred10 years of experience in the field of Power Transmission industry. Experience preferred in any of Regal Rexnords Vertical Industries. 2 years sales or customer care management experience preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Office applicationsFamilar with CRM tools preferably SalesforceAbility to travel up to 20%About Regal Rexnord
