Daily communication with customer and HQManage Pre-Series / Series / Aftersales demand and supplyManage critical demand and supply situationMonitoring PSI (Production / Shipment / Inventory) SimulationManage and adjust production plan with company plantManage the supply according to demand and pricesSettle order list and process Purchase / Sales and Delivery OrdersManage the logistic and invoice processes &correct sales recognitionSettle return parts, running changes, EOP, inventory and obsoleteManage and negotiate claimed cost and control pre-series costImplement customer supply requirements (Packaging, Label etc.
Report regularly on actuals, issues and customer production status
Anforderungsprofil
- Experience in similar position is required
- Experience with large Big Data files
- Experience preparing and tracking orders
- Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in corporate automotive industry would be a plus
- Very accurate working approach, good time management, result orientation, proactive, good team player
- Very good knowledge in Excel
- Fluent in English
