StellenbeschreibungConcevoir des architectures robustes autour de : Réaliser des audits techniques , diagnostics de plateformes et recommandations Accompagner les clients sur les migrations, montées de version et modernisations Assurer le rôle de leader technique chez le client Encadrer et accompagner : Mettre en place les bonnes pratiques (architecture, développement, exploitation) Animer des ateliers techniques, revues d’architecture et formations Conseiller les clients sur l’intégration de Watsonx dans leur stratégie CP4BA Identifier et concevoir des cas d’usage IA : Participer aux POC et démonstrateurs autour de Watsonx Contribuer au process avant-ventes : Intervenir comme expert technique lors de soutenances clients Être un partenaire de confiance pour les équipes métiers et IT IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW / BPM) IBM FileNet Content Manager IBM Case Manager / Case Foundation IBM Content Navigator Java / JEE Web Services REST / SOAP SQL Environnements conteneurisés (OpenShift / Kubernetes – selon contexte) 10+ ans d’expérience en tant que consultant IBM ECM / Business Automation Expertise confirmée sur : Solide expérience des missions client complexes et environnements critiques Maîtrise de : Environnements Linux & Windows Server Connaissance ou forte appétence pour IBM Watsonx Capacité à comprendre rapidement les enjeux client Excellentes qualités de communication et de vulgarisation Leadership naturel et pédagogie Autonomie, adaptabilité et sens du service Aisance dans les environnements multi‑équipes et multi‑projets Mobile, vous pouvez intervenir sur des projets au Luxembourg mais également au sein du groupe NSI. Dans le cadre du renforcement de notre équipe IBM nous recherchons un Technical Lead / Architecte IBM CP4BA.

🎯 Positionnement du rôle
Dans ce rôle, vous accompagnez nos clients (banque, assurance, secteur public, services) dans la conception, la mise en œuvre et l’évolution de leurs plateformes d’automatisation des processus basées sur IBM CP4BA .
Vous intervenez comme expert de référence , à la fois architecte, leader technique et conseiller , capable de piloter des équipes, de sécuriser les choix technologiques et d’apporter une vision long terme, notamment autour des solutions IBM Watsonx .

- Intervenir sur des projets pour nos clients :
o Cadrer les besoins métiers et techniques
o Définir des architectures CP4BA adaptées au contexte client
o Sécuriser les choix technologiques
o IBM Business Automation Workflow
o IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation
o IBM Case Manager, FileNet, Content Navigator
