Senior Software Integration Engineer - Sensor Injection (m/f/d)

Our CARIDIANS are developing vehicle functions such as driver assistance systems, a next-generation infotainment platform, power electronics and charging technology, and digital services in and around the vehicle.
Our software can already be found in Volkswagen ID. models and will soon power Audi and Porsche vehicles with the E3 1.2 platform in 2024.

YOUR TEAM
We are providing the link between the virtual environment and the physical test bench (HiL) and make testing possible by injecting sensor data (images, objects and point clouds).
At your team you will find experts for most sensors that are used within the Volkswagen group. Your team works with SCRUM for development and Kanban for maintenance / support.
We are highly motivated and work closely with our customers within the Volkswagen group, most of the time we get feedback the day of delivery.
We do both remote work as well as on-site work when on the testbenches.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Coordinate one of our sensor injections
- Stakeholder management (from our VW group internal customers to the Tier 1 suppliers)
- Shape your injection (which features come first, which not at all)
- Setting up and coordinate timelines with stakeholders and development team
- Ensure the timely delivery of the injection
- Prioritize work packages
WHO YOU ARE
- Academic degree in computer science, electrical engineering or a related field or comparable qualification
- Several years of eperience with working at HiL testbenches
- Advanced experience in designing and delivering a product
- Good programming skills in C and Python
- Experience in testing and validation
- Strong communication skills in English and German (both oral and written)
