Fund Administrator – Great Salary Package, Super ManCo

One of our clients, a Super ManCo, is currently seeking an experienced Fund Administrator to complete its team. With over 15 billion euros of assets under management, your role will mostly focus on AIF, and prior experience with UCITS could be considered an asset too.

Your Responsibilities | PSF – Fund management – AIF – UCITS – Super ManCo

• You will ensure the compliance according to AIFMD and CSSF regulations, but also AML/KYC processes.
• You will manage the FATCA compliance processes which can include classifications and overseeing reporting and remediation of FATCA.
• You will be, in part, responsible for some corporate governance tasks by organizing and coordinating board meetings and participating in the drafting or reviewing of legal documents.
• You will act as a key contact for your clients and stakeholders.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | PSF – Fund management – AIF – UCITS – Super ManCo

• You have at least 6 years of experience as fund administrator in Luxembourg in a financial service provider, AIFM or asset management company.
• You have already worked with AIF and UCITS.
• You have a strong knowledge of compliance processes and FATCA/CRS.
• You are fluent in English, with any other languages considered as an asset.

• An annual gross salary of up to €90,000 per year, depending on your experience and level of expertise, complemented by a significant annual bonus, allowing you to further increase your overall remuneration and support personal projects.
