YOUR ROLE

  • Support the team on all administrative and organizational matters incl. setting up meetings, organizing travel, cost reimbursement etc.
  • Support the team in certain M&A activities such as preparation of committee documents
  • Follow and ensure adherence to M&A governance (following master calendar, ensuring committee deadlines are met etc.)
  • Maintain the M&A database and M&A Sharepoint
  • Profile potential M&A targets, competitors or other relevant companies if requested
  • Perform other organizational, admin and content work as neccessary

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree with a focus on finance, controlling, strategic management or similar
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in an international environment with focus on finance topics
  • Strong user-related skills in MS Office
  • Ability to build an extensive network and communicate professionally with all areas and at all levels of the company
  • Results-oriented and pragmatic to achieve the set goals
  • Proactive mindset and motivation to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Fluent English language skills, German would be an advantage
