The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for providing HR support and guidance to various departments in Sales, Service & Enablement & Back Office functions ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering a positive work environment.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to :

• Manage employee relations issues, providing advice and support to managers and employees, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
• Support talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies, including succession planning, performance management, and employee development programs.
• Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives, providing HR solutions that support those goals.
• Lead and support change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during organizational changes.
• Oversee HR operations to ensure efficient and effective HR service delivery.

University degree or Vocational Training (Ausbildung) in HR Administration & Management.
