IT Project manager - data management M / F

A technology-focused company operating in the European Institutional sector is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee strategic projects for major Institutional clients. The Project Manager will ensure the successful execution of initiatives delivered under strict SLAs, working closely with customers, Technical Managers, and under the CTO.

Your responsibilities :

• Foster strong and long‑lasting relationships with clients by ensuring clear communication and consistent follow‑up
• Take ownership of project execution from initiation to completion, including contractual oversight, timeline control, deliverables validation, risk anticipation, and budget efficiency.
• Coordinate and supervise external suppliers, subcontractors, and technical partners
• Prepare comprehensive project reports and present progress updates to both internal stakeholders and customers.
• Organise workload distribution and schedule the human resources required throughout the project phases.
• Lead project meetings, ensuring decisions, action items, and open points are properly documented and tracked.
• Produce and maintain essential project documentation, such as :

Management, risk, implementation, and operational plans
