Key Responsibilities :
- Advise management and governance bodies on legal matters and deliver training to business units.
- Assess legal, economic, and operational risks.
- Develop practical legal solutions aligned with business goals.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
- Lead or support complex legal and cross-functional projects nationally and internationally.
- Manage and coordinate external legal advisors and notaries.
- Monitor legal trends and recommend actionable measures.
