Assistant (m / f / d) to the head of department

for IT and medical technology

The regular average working time is 30 hours per week.

Your tasks :

Scheduling and coordination of department management
Pre-probing of e-mails
Coordination of incoming telephone calls
Mail processing
Correspondence with customers and employees
Checking and pre-assigning incoming invoices
Processing of monthly statements
Obtaining quotations
Writing orders to companies

Your profile :

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as a business administrator (m / f / d) in the healthcare sector, office administrator (m / f / d) or business administrator (m / f / d) for office management or a comparable qualification.

You are characterized by a reliable and structured way of working and a confident handling of MS Office applications.

Your qualities include an independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working.

You have communicative and social skills and customer orientation as well as quality awareness and an interest in technological developments.

You work in a team-oriented manner.
