Technical Support Manager
HPC Technical Support Manager - HPC / AI / QC - Remote within Germany or Switzerland
A great new opportunity for an experienced HPC (High Performance Computing) System Engineer with team leadership or management experience to join this highly successful and growing HPC systems integrator, leading the support of their HPC, AI and Quantum Computing solutions.
This employer supports public and private sector organisations across Europe who are implementing very large supercomputing solutions - these are typically solutions that will sit comfortably within the HPC Top500 list.
As their organisation grows they are looking for an experienced HPC technical support professional with leadership skills to manage their technical support department, leading a team of 10+ near site and remote engineers.
This role will also involve extensive interaction with customers, partner organisations and internal stakeholders to continually develop and improve the support service provided.
You will already have the following skills / experience :
- Experience of implementing and supporting HPC, AI and / or QC solutions.
- Experience as a team lead or manager of a technical support function
- An understanding of Linux operating systems and related HPC technologies
- Customer and solution focused attitude
- Fluency in English
This employer has a physical office in Munich, but applicants can be based anywhere in Germany or Switzerland.
