Working Student Social Media (mfd)

• Take care of DISH social media channels and engage with our community on Instagram Facebook and LinkedIn
• Develop and plan a content calendar in German and English across all platforms ensuring a constant supply of relevant content
• Coordinate social media content creation and use social media management platforms for publishing it according to the content calendar as well as monitoring listening and reporting
• Develop post carousel and video content according to each channel to enhance our social media presence and support with creation of digital assets such as photo creations post templates and video content
• Create and share monthly reports and analyze the channel performance in order to increase followers reachand engagement
• Align with internal stakeholders like the employer branding or product management team

• Fluent in German and English for content creation
• Enrolled Bachelors/ Masters Studies in Marketing Journalism Sociology Political Science Mediaor Communication (min. 3rd semester)
• First practical experience in the field of marketing public relationsor corporate communications
• First experience in social media and paid social
• Very good copywriting and communication skills
• Experience with relevant marketing tools such as Canva or Emplifi is beneficial
