Aufgaben

You should be ready for...

streamlining and scaling operations : Take ownership of organizing workflows, implementing scalable systems and optimizing processes to ensure all projects run smoothly and efficiently.

staying ahead in Web3 innovation : Research new developments in the Crypto / Web3 space to identify emerging opportunities and trends while contributing insights to refine business strategies.

working a lot with tables and numbers : Use tools like Google Sheets, Notion and more to document activities, track performance to oversee project coordination and analyze outcomes for continuous improvement.

collaborating closely with leadership : Work hand-in-hand with the founder to execute strategies, develop a sustainable business model, and bring clarity to complex, fast-moving challenges in the Web3 space.

enhancing communication and organization : Ensure clear communication within the team while creating structure and organization across all ongoing initiatives.

Qualifikation

You are exactly right with us if you…

  • have an interest in crypto (as a user), which is an advantage but not a requirement.
  • have a curious mindset : You can learn a lot of useful things here. We offer you mentoring, feedback, and proven processes. However, it is your responsibility to bring enough motivation and willingness to learn.
  • want to go from rookie to rocky : We do not expect prior work experience; we have hired people who have just started their bachelor’s studies. What is more important to us is that you embody our values, namely being humble, hardworking, and committed to self-improvement.
  • have strong English and German skills to communicate effectively with the team.
  • are enrolled for at least one more year and can commit to 20 hours per week.
  • are located in Germany.
