German Chatbot tester
We are looking for a dedicated and insightful Chatbot Tester with a strong focus on sales and customer service interactions.
This role is essential in ensuring our chatbot delivers a seamless, effective, and engaging experience for customers, ultimately driving satisfaction and conversion rates.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of sales processes and customer service best practices.
Key Responsibilities :
Testing Sales Interactions : Evaluate the chatbot’s performance in handling sales inquiries, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
Ensure the chatbot provides accurate and persuasive responses to drive conversions.
Customer Service Evaluation : Test the chatbot’s ability to address customer service issues, answer FAQs, and resolve problems efficiently.
Ensure the chatbot maintains a high standard of customer support and satisfaction.
- Test Planning : Develop test cases and scenarios based on sales and customer service workflows, including common customer queries, sales funnel stages, and service escalation processes.
- User Experience Assessment : Assess the chatbot’s conversational flow to ensure it aligns with best practices for customer engagement and provides a user-friendly experience.
- Defect Reporting : Identify and document issues related to chatbot performance in sales and customer service contexts.
- Feedback and Improvement : Provide actionable feedback and recommendations to enhance the chatbot’s effectiveness in sales and customer service.
Suggest improvements based on user interactions and test results.
Documentation : Maintain clear and detailed records of test results, issues, and resolutions. Prepare reports that highlight key findings and insights.
Qualifications :
- Experience in customer service, sales, or related fields is preferred.
- Experience in software testing, especially with chatbots, is a plus.
- Translation Experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for documenting issues and providing feedback.
- Basic knowledge of chatbot platforms and technologies.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on improving the user experience.
- Bilingual German / English
