Job description
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a central risk management framework for the CCUS business unit covering the entire value chain
- Translate risk analysis into pragmatic and project-oriented processes and contractual frameworks covering technical, commercial as well as regulatory risks
- Support and advise our project teams in the operational identification, assessment, mitigation and reporting of risks by facilitating regular risk workshops and developing project risk registries
- Lead the quantitative assessment of project specific risks in the context of financial modelling / commercial project development
- Act as a single point of contact for internal risk reporting, work closely with central Group Risk Management and build the interface to other relevant departments
Your Qualifications
University degree in a financial / economic or risk management disciplineSeveral years of professional experience in risk analysis and management with an excellent understanding of energy economics; CCUS experience beneficialStrong analytical and financial modelling capabilities combined with a proactive playmaker mindset, entrepreneurial thinking, and the ability to interlink technical, regulatory, commercial, and legal aspectsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a positive attitude and ability to motivate project team membersFluency in written and spoken English essential (C1); German highly desirableOur Benefits
