Senior IAM Manager
The Senior IAM Manager positions is a key hire that has been created due to team growth and internal promotions. In this position, you’ll lead large-scale IAM projects, shape security strategies, and deliver solutions to a diverse range of clients across several industries.
This role is ideal for a proven IAM team leader or manager with strong client-facing skills who excels at developing IAM concepts, managing teams, and driving client engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Designing IAM strategies and frameworks for several enterprise-level clients.
- Oversee complex IAM projects, managing cross-functional and international teams.
- Consulting and advising, pitching IAM solutions to new prospects, and supporting pre-sales activities.
- Stakeholder management to ensure IAM solutions align with customer goals and compliance needs.
What You Bring :
- 5+ years experience working on IAM projects on a large scale, leading large-scale IAM projects and teams.
- Background in consulting / advising, pitching, and building relationships at the executive level.
- Deep understanding across IAM, including with IDM, AM, PAM, RBAC, SoD, etc.
- Fluent in German and English.
