Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Einkäufer (m/w/d), der unser Team im Bereich der Beschaffung von Rohstoffen und Komponenten für die Automobilindustrie unterstützen soll. Sie werden eng mit unseren Lieferanten zusammenarbeiten, um sicherzustellen, dass wir die richtigen Materialien zur richtigen Zeit und zum richtigen Preis erhalten.

Einkäufer (m/w/d)

IHR AUFGABENBEREICH

• Organisation und Sicherstellung reibungsloser, beschaffungsrelevanter Prozesse
• Abstimmung und Festlegung der Lieferantenanforderungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den internen Abteilungen Konstruktion/Technik, Werkstatt, Qualitätssicherung und Warenwirtschaft
• Verhandlung von Preis- und Lieferkonditionen, inklusive aller relevanten Service Level Agreements, sowie von Einkaufsverträgen und Langzeitvereinbarungen auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene
• Einkauf von technischen Teilen und Komponenten für alle Bereiche der brabus automotive GmbH
• Generierung und Verhandlung von Einsparungspotentialen zur Optimierung der Gesamtkostensituation
• Verantwortung für die Performance der Lieferanten hinsichtlich Termintreue, Qualität und Konditionen sowie für die Durchführung des Risikomanagements
• Nachverfolgung von Lieferterminen und einpflegen der Auftragsbestätigungen
• Bedarfsanalyse, Festlegung von Bestellmengen und Lieferterminen
• Pflege von Stammdaten und Kreditorenstämmen
• Sicherstellen der Teileversorgung in Sonderprojekten
• Regelmäßige Teilnahme an planungsrelevanten Meetings
• Festlegen von Standards im Bereich Disposition

WAS WIR ERWARTEN

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung gepaart mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung im Einkauf, vorzugsweise in der Automobilindustrie

• Ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick sowie hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative

• Erfahrung im Lieferantenmanagement und in Verhandlungsführung

• Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Einkaufs-Prozesse, -Tools und –KPIs

• Sicheres, überzeugendes Auftreten mit Kommunikations- und Präsentationsstärke

• Sehr gute bis gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C2) in Wort und Schrift

• Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (Business Central bzw. Navision Kenntnisse von Vorteil) und MS-Office Anwendungen
