YOU ARE

  • A specialist with 5+ years of production experience in / working with enterprises
  • Experienced in building complex development projects (projects with 3-4 scrum teams, ~30-40 people at least)
  • Able to evaluate, improve and / or establish engineering tools and practices where applicable
  • Able to set and facilitate of the company wide engineering governance process; lead the group of architects for establishing enterprise architecture, standardization of the technologies and approaches etc.
  • An engineering leader in resolutions of inter-program and inter-project issues
  • An expert with have hands on experience with one of major modern technologies (.NET, Java etc.). 10+ years of production experience
  • Posess GenAI capabilities and verticalized use cases awareness
  • A professional with proven records of cross-program and cross-project architecture strategies, opportunities, and problem resolution
  • Experienced in auditing projects to ensure conformance and compliance of projects and programs with Architect guidelines
  • Capable to orchestrate team of principal and solution architects
  • Able to identify opportunities for technology prototypes and use our technology capabilities to implement it
  • Native or Proficient-level German speaker.

Nice-to-haves :

  • Be aware of available partnerships and solution accelerators at SoftServe portfolio to provide customers with the most relevant to the situation solutions and platforms
  • Experience communicating Enterprise Architecture both within the information community, and the business units
  • Experience in building process of company-wide architecture documentation maintenance.

    • YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

  • Monitoring and identifying opportunities for solution accelerators (it will certainly be joint effort) within given vertical domain
  • Constantly monitoring how technology landscape changes on the market, understanding how emerging technologies could supplement customer’s business in order to optimize, improving existing ones or introducing new ones if applicable
  • Getting familiar and gaining basic understanding of Enterprise core business processes, specific to industry and to a particular account
  • Building a strategy for achieving long term business goals and technically support enterprise business processes in long (5+ years) terms perspective
  • Presales and proposal preparation processes
  • Establish and maintain contacts within business units to understand business activities and business drivers, business requirements, solutions strategies, and alternatives, etc., being considered and / or implemented.

  • Align with delivery and sales organizations to identify potential opportunities how to move SoftServe up at the value chain
  • Identify, build and maintain partnerships in key areas which are aligned with our priorities (e.g. from technology, or from geo or from vertical prospective).
