Tasks

Client Interaction : Maintain continuous client engagement working closely with project management and implementation teams
Process Improvement : Identify optimization opportunities and collaborate with clients to develop effective solutions
IT System Integration : Oversee the selection implementation and enhancement of IT systems within the technical information landscape
Model Creation : Design process metadata and information models for systems such as Component Content Management Systems Content Delivery Portals and knowledge graphbased applications
Workshop Facilitation : Lead customer workshops to assess needs and define actionable solutions
Agile Project Management : Utilize agile methodologies to manage projects and ensure successful delivery

Requirements

Degree in Business Informatics Information Management Natural Sciences or a related discipline

Strong analytical abilities processoriented thinking and a deep understanding of complex IT and system architectures

Proven experience in project management and facilitating workshops

Expertise in XML (required) with basic scripting / programming skills and familiarity with W3C standards (nicetohave)

Minimum of 3 years experience in knowledge and information management preferably with consulting experience in technical communication

Mechanical engineering and plant construction experience is beneficial but not required

Languages : Proficiency in German (C2 level or native) and English (C1 level)

Excellent communication and presentation skills active listening solutionoriented mindset assertiveness persuasiveness team leadership and strong customer orientation
