Tasks

TikTok and YouTube Shorts Specialist Job Summary :

We are looking for a creative and results-driven TikTok and YouTube Shorts Specialist to join our dynamic team and help amplify our presence on these high-impact platforms.

Responsibilities :

Content Creation : Develop and produce creative, engaging, and high-quality TikTok and YouTube Shorts videos that educate, inform, and entertain our audience on crypto topics (market trends, educational insights, crypto tips, and more).

Trendspotting : Stay up to date with the latest trends, memes, and challenges on TikTok and YouTube Shorts. Use these trends creatively to make our crypto content more relatable and viral.

Video Editing : Edit short-form videos using trending audio, graphics, and effects to create attention-grabbing content that aligns with platform guidelines and resonates with our audience.

Community Engagement : Engage with followers, respond to comments, and encourage discussions around the videos to foster a strong online community.

Analytics and Reporting : Monitor the performance of content across both platforms, analyze engagement metrics, and adjust strategies to optimize reach and interaction.

Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing, content, and design teams to align video content with broader marketing campaigns and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.

Brand Advocacy : Represent the brand’s voice and tone in all content, ensuring the crypto-related information shared is accurate, credible, and resonates with both crypto enthusiasts and newcomers.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in creating and managing short-form video content for platforms like TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
  • Previous experience working in the crypto, fintech, or tech industry is must , but not required.Proven track record of growing and engaging social media communities, particularly on TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
  • Proven experience in creating, editing, and publishing content on TikTok and YouTube Shorts, preferably for crypto, finance, or tech-related topics.
  • Strong understanding of the TikTok and YouTube Shorts algorithms and best practices for content virality and engagement.
  • Creative, innovative, and able to come up with fresh ideas that capture attention in a fast-paced digital environment.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or any other relevant tools).
  • Knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain, and the crypto industry is preferred, but a passion for learning and creating crypto-related content is a must.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to convey complex crypto topics in a simple, engaging, and entertaining way.
  • Ability to analyze data and adapt strategies to maximize engagement and growth on both platforms.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.

    • Nice to Have :

    Experience in influencer marketing or working with crypto influencers.

    Basic graphic design skills or familiarity with tools like Canva.

    Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies to optimize content for reach and visibility.

    Level of studies : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

    Language Requirements : Fluent in English

    Software / IT skills : Microsoft Office, Outlook 365, Microsoft Teams
