Your Role

support the R&D management in strategic and organizational tasks

facilitate data-driven management decisions by providing analyses and reports

plan, prepare and execute key meetings

manage R&D budgeting process

support program overarching ressource planning

take over project management responsibility for specific projects

drive alignment within the R&D team and manage interfaces to key stakeholders

Your Profile

a good university degree in engineering, management or related fields

min. 3 years professional experience as a project manager preferrably in medical technology

high proficiency in project management & IT tools

strong organizational talent and excellent communication skills

structured and result-oriented

reliable, independent and accurate working-style

fluent in English and German
