Responsibilities

• Build High Volume Pipelines: Recruiting is a volume game - and you play it daily. You generate and engage large numbers of candidates with zero dry days.

• Source Everywhere: LinkedIn GitHub referrals niche communities - you go where top talent lives. Youre proactive creative and constantly experimenting with new sourcing angles.

• Engage Push Close: You follow up with discipline and urgency. You handle objections overcome hesitation and keep it moving. Your goal is simple: get the hire across the line.

• Protect the Bar: Skills matter - culture matters more. You hold yourself and your hiring managers accountable for ambition pace values and mindset. Only candidates who truly fit make it through.

• Represent the Company Exceptionally: Your communication is clear sharp and respectful. Even rejected candidates leave with a strong impression.

Requirements

• Communication: Exceptional English - precise confident persuasive. Additional languages like GermanPolish Ukrainian Russian or Chinese are a strong advantage.

• Location: This is an in-person role in Berlin.

• Top-Talent Obsession: No compromises. You know how to identify elite engineers and top talents build a relationship quickly and close them.

• Ownership & Drive: Recruiting isnt a checkbox for you - its a craft. Youre competitive self-driven and energized by ambitious goals. Long hours dont scare you if the mission is worth it.

• Intensity & Availability: Top candidates dont operate on a 95 schedule - and neither do you. Early mornings late nights weekends when needed - you adapt to win the hire.
