You lead the efficient preparation and analysis of HR budgets, FTE, and headcount (HC) at the EMEA level, while developing automated reports and providing insights into complex organizational trends. You support affiliates across the EMEA region in their reporting needs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance.

EMEA HR Controlling and Reporting Specialist (f / m / x)
Prepare and manage the EMEA and SEU (EMEA HQ) HR budgets, identifying and analyzing deviations as needed. Monitor open positions and their associated budget implications.
Create and distribute monthly FTE and HC reports for SEU
Simplify and optimize the SuccessFactors reporting structure by transitioning all reports into Story reports. Ensure the accuracy and functionality of reports by verifying data quality and making necessary configuration changes.
Prepare various HR reports for the EMEA region, including EMEA Census Reports, HR Investments, and HR Dashboards
Develop global HR analytics to analyze data and statistics, identifying trends and patterns related to recruitment, retention, and turnover. Leverage this analysis to make informed recommendations that improve employee motivation, retention, and overall organizational performance.
