Global Head of QHS (m/f/d)

» Your responsibilities:

• Establishing functional responsibilities and managing QHSE workstreams with teams on Global level
• Implement & establish integrated management systems based on ISO , , , and other industry specific standards
• Facilitate Global organization to achieve global & local management system objectives
• Planning & Execution of Internal Audits with Regional responsibilities & External Audits with External service provider as well as annual management review with Top Management
• Establish and manage a robust Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) procedure / approach to facilitate business in achieving operational excellence
• This position will also be responsible for internal QHSE functional consulting / mentoring / training and fully supporting team members involved across Hellmann structure

» Your profile:

• Related industry experience within QHSE - Quality, Health & Safety, Environment & Energy Management domain
• In-depth understanding of international standards w.r.t. implementation, management and auditing ISO , , , , VDA 6.2 or other industry specific standards
• Ability to lead, train and guide direct and functional teams as well as individuals from varied operational / functional backgrounds
• Analytical experience, be accurate with statistics and written reports, well organized and exercise sound judgment in decision making
• Risk based thinker in a productive context, with a strong quality & safety-oriented mindset
• Operational knowledge of Microsoft Office software is essential (Word, Excel, Power-Point)
• Must have functional command over English language (written/ spoken) along with other business applicable local language(s)
• A team player with integrity, honesty, trustworthiness, open-mindedness and unbiased thinking
