As a result of sustained, significant investment in growing the German Cloud practice there is a requirement for Consultants and Architects at all levels of seniority – from Senior Associate / Consultant through to Partner level with an emphasis on Cloud Transformation.

Role :

As a Cloud Architect or Consultant, you will be responsible for enabling Enterprise organisations to adopt cloud successfully – advising and managing the delivery of large-scale cloud migration engagements based on the leading public, private and hybrid cloud platforms.

In addition to the tasks typically expected of a Cloud Architect or Consultant, this autonomous role includes overseeing the end-to-end delivery of cloud migration and transformation engagements and creating innovative, comprehensive solutions on / across cloud platforms such as Azure, Google and AWS as well as other private / public IaaS / PaaS platforms. Finally, you will also use your expert knowledge and commercial acumen to provide thought leadership and strategic support in continuing to grow the Cloud Transformation practice.

Required skills :

• An experienced Cloud Architect, Engineer or Consultant with experience in advising, envisioning and / or designing solutions on either Azure, Google or AWS.
• Understanding of Cloud Infrastructure solutions (e.g. Windows and Linux IaaS, BCDR, Security, Storage, Networking, OSS Containers and Infra as Code technologies).
• Experience in defining approach and migrating workloads to a private or public IaaS provider.
• Deep experience in at least one of these – infrastructure architecture, web application architecture, data architecture, integration architecture and at least a basic understanding in the others.
• Understanding of hybrid IT situations – that combine on-premise IT capabilities with Cloud IT capabilities.
• Relevant Cloud certifications are beneficial.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English are essential.
