Your Mission

Asour new Head of Sales for the German market, you will lead oursales strategy and execution as we expand our operations in Germanyfrom early 2025. In this high-impact role, you will be instrumentalin establishing Mercell in the German public procurement market,building and managing a sales team, and driving growth in acompetitive and dynamic environment. This is a unique opportunityto shape our market entry and lead a team that positions Mercell’sinnovative solutions for long-term success inGermany.

CoreResponsibilities

  • Develop and executethe sales strategy for the German market in alignment withMercell’s overall goals.
  • Build, manage, andlead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture ofcollaboration and excellence.
  • Drive newbusiness growth by proactively engaging with key decision-makersand stakeholders in the public procurementsector.
  • Establish and nurture long-term clientrelationships, leveraging insights to identify opportunities forupselling and growth.
  • Ensure accurate salesforecasting, pipeline management, and CRM record maintenance tosupport data-driven decision-making.
  • Stayinformed about the German public procurement market and adapt salesstrategies to align with industry trends and customerneeds.
  • RequiredQualifications

  • Ideally, 8+ years ofexperience in sales leadership, preferably within the digital salesor technology sector, with a proven track record ofsuccess.
  • Strong understanding of the publicprocurement market in Germany or similar B2Bmarkets.
  • Excellent communication andpresentation skills in German andEnglish.
  • PreferredQualifications

  • Experience scalingsales teams and leading market entry in a competitiveindustry.
  • Knowledge of high-velocity salesenvironments and strategies.
  • Ability to workindependently and collaboratively within a multinationalteam.
  • Proficient time management andorganizationalskills.
