Your Role

As an SAP SCM / Digital Supply Chain Manager, you will :

  • Lead and mentor a team of SAP SCM consultants, fostering their growth and development.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of innovative supply chain solutions using SAP S / 4HANA and related modules.
  • Partner with clients to understand their unique challenges and deliver tailored solutions that enhance efficiency and performance.
  • Drive strategic initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with leadership to shape the direction of the supply chain practice and build towards Directorship.

  • 5+ years of experience in SAP SCM or Digital Supply Chain Management , with hands-on expertise in SAP S / 4HANA or related modules.
  • Proven mentoring or team leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and develop others.
  • A strategic mindset combined with strong technical acumen.
  • Fluency in German (C1 level) – essential for client communication.
