Our client is one of the leading companies in fruit and vegetable cultivation with approximately 20, employees. We are seeking a highly motivated and solution-oriented individual as an Area Sales Manager (m / f / x) in the Fresh Food industry.
Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers within the fresh product market
- Develop and implement the company's business strategies for growth
- Promote the brand and its product range effectively to customers
- Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research and monitor competition
- Track and manage commercial KPIs
Skills
Previous experience as an Area Sales Manager or in a similar roleExperience in sales and customer relationship management, particularly in the fresh product marketExperience in analyzing market trendsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsEntrepreneurial mindsetVery good knowledge of English and GermanOur offer
