Introduction of role purpose :

As a Senior Sales Manager (m / f / d) you will drive business growth by selling Experians data and solutions to the banking sector in Germany while building longterm customer relationships. You will also coordinate the internal sales team represent the company at industry events and identify market trends to enhance our offerings.

Main responsibilities tasks duties :

Responsible for selling Experian data software solutions and services in the core target group Banking with a focus on Germany
Drive business expansion by acquiring new customers in the Banking sector
Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly
Identify new market opportunities and manage sales pipeline
Coordinate the internal selling team (from consultants to senior management) around your own customers
Represent our company at industry events in collaboration with other colleagues
Building and maintaining longterm customer relationships through excellent customer service and regular communication
Serve as the internal first point of contact for identifying market trends customer needs and innovation potential for the further development of Experians solution
Uphold and promote Experians core values in all interactions and activities.

Qualifications :

A bachelors degree in business administration or a related field

Several years of professional sales experience ideally in the Finance & Banking sector

Proven track record in sales and new customer acquisition

Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)

Collaborative mindset : both in working with new clients and with internal stakeholders

Understanding of data products and services

Experience in selling of complex SaaS solutions to clients

Content expertise and own network in Finance & Payment industry
