The Mission: We are seeking an elite clinician to provide 1:1 medical care for an 80-year-old VIP client. You will be deployed aboard a prestigious superyacht, cruising exclusively within the Mediterranean. Your rotation will take you from the historic harbors of the Greek Islands to the upscale marinas of Monaco and the sun-drenched coasts of Mallorca. This is a role for a nurse who demands excellence in both clinical practice and lifestyle.
The Team: You will be an integral part of a sophisticated medical team, operating under the guidance of a Lead British Doctor. The unit includes Physiotherapists and a Western-trained nursing cohort, ensuring a supportive and highly professional working atmosphere.
The Safety: To ensure the highest standard of care and staff welfare, we strictly adhere to a double-nurse shift system. This protocol guarantees adequate rest and shared responsibility, preventing burnout while maintaining 24/7 patient vigilance.
The Process: Candidates can expect a streamlined recruitment phase. All initial interviews are conducted via a secure online platform, allowing you to complete the process remotely before embarkation.
