Your mission

You are an enrolled student (m / f / d) looking for a flexible part-time job?

Join our dynamic team for 10-12 hours a week! Enjoy an open and supportive environment while gaining valuable experience in logistics and shipping.

  • Creating Shipping Documents : Printing delivery papers and shipping labels (e.g., UPS labels) to prepare shipments.
  • Data Entry and System Maintenance : Entering tracking numbers and relevant information into the system.
  • Communication : Coordinating with the logistics team in Ukraine (in English) and handling simple inquiries via email.
  • Shipping Coordination : Registering truck deliveries with external partners.
  • Warehouse Support : Assisting with simple tasks in the warehouse when needed.

Your profile

  • Enrolled student (m / f / d) at a university or college
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Good English language skills
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • Flexibility and willingness to assist in the warehouse
  • Independent and self-driven work style
  • Reliability and attention to detail
