Second Level Support Agent (M / F)

Eltrona is Luxembourg’s historical cable television provider. The company is 100% owned by the Belgian cable company Telenet (a subsidiary of Liberty Global ). Eltrona operates a hybrid fiber-coaxial network , providing ultra-high-speed Internet access to more than 80% of Luxembourg’s households and businesses.

As part of our development, we are recruiting :

Second Level Support Agent (M / F) – Permanent Contract (CDI)

Profile :

• Knowledge of the telecommunications industry
• Proficiency in English and French ; Luxembourgish and German are a plus
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a variety of responsibilities in a dynamic work environment
• Strong customer-oriented mindset
• Experience in case management and follow-ups
• Excellent interpersonal skills , ability to work in a team , while also being autonomous and proactive
• Availability and flexibility (variable working hours)
