Senior Event Producer (all genders)

THE ROLE & THE TEAM

At Zalando Studios the Creative Production team is where bold ideas come to life! We create campaign moments for the brands featured on Zalando working closely with our talented in-house Ideation team and Post Production teams. As a Senior Event Producer you will lead the production of our largest events and branded activations. Partnering with Account Managers Art Directors external production companies and freelance talents you will bring live events activations and immersive brand experiences to life for our high-profile clients.

Contract: Fixed Term (12 Months)

WHAT WED LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

• Support the development of new event formats production approaches technologies and solutions to elevate Zalandos brand experiences.

• Help shape our overall event and activation strategy by contributing to the framework that guides our approach to branded events.

• Manage and take full accountability for medium- to large-scale budgets ensuring feasibility aligned expectations and excellent final results.

• Apply deep event-production expertise to advise internal teams on how to best bring their creative ideas to life.

• Lead your own projects with autonomy anticipating challenges improving workflows optimizing existing processes and introducing new ways of working.

• Build and manage a dynamic network of internal and external stakeholders driving clear direction facilitating information flow and leading negotiations.

• Stay current with emerging technologies including AI and automation tools to better guide partners and stakeholders.

• Drive strategic and operational development creating standard solutions for complex operational financial and people-related challenges.

• Maintain organized systems for bids invoicing contracts and all production documentation while ensuring transparent proactive communication throughout the full production lifecycle.

WED LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

• You bring 7 years of experience in event and activation production ideally within a creative or advertising agency producing creative commercial content and events.

• You hold a bachelors degree in film communication or a related field.

• Youre an expert in end-to-end production from concepting and budgeting through on-site execution and wrap.

• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality work across the full 360 marketing ecosystem.

• You excel at building detailed budgets and timelines - and sticking to them.

• You have a strong network of production partners and extensive experience sourcing and negotiating with diverse vendors.

• You are a hands-on solutions-driven producer with a positive proactive mindset and a willingness to challenge established ways of working.

• You have strong negotiation skills familiarity with contracts legal agreements permitting and excellent written and verbal English communication skills (German is a plus).
