We're looking for a dedicated freelancer to oversee and ensure HSE compliance on our cutting-edge offshore construction project.

Key Responsibilities :

Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and practices on-site.
Conduct risk assessments and provide proactive safety solutions.
Facilitate safety training and toolbox talks to all personnel.
Perform regular audits and inspections to identify hazards.
Ensure compliance with local and international offshore safety regulations.
Act as the main point of contact for safety-related issues and incident investigations.

Qualifications & Skills Required :

Proven experience as an HSE specialist in offshore construction projects.

Certification in HSE management systems (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent).

Strong understanding of offshore regulatory standards (e.g., IMO, SOLAS, MARPOL).

Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

Ability to adapt to challenging environments and make critical decisions under pressure.

Project Details :

Location : Offshore (details to be provided upon selection).

Duration : Freelance contract (project-based, estimated 6-12 months).

Start Date : January 2025

Compensation : Competitive daily rate, commensurate with experience.
