Ihre Aufgaben

• Planning of the bid process within the team and in collaboration with Sales Engineering and Product departments
• Organization of proposals creation editing and finalization of documents and if necessary leading the proposal team
• Coordination tracking and control of general bid activities
• Preparation of cost estimates in cooperation with the proposal team
• Acquiring the necessary supporting documentation certificates notarizations etc.

Ihr Profil

• Degree in computer science engineering industrial engineering business administration or other relevant field; alternatively a comparable education at an air traffic control authority
• At least two years of experience in a project team environment and/or project management with good communication skills; more than five years is a plus
• Excellent writing skills and very good knowledge of MS Office (in particular Word Excel)
• Good technical understanding with the ability to grasp and present complex technical topics
• Familiarity with the aerospace industry and with ATM and MHS systems including the underlying technology is considered a plus
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Good written and spoken German is an advantage
